Morning Empty Stomach: A cup of Hot Green Tea with Lemon

Do some Brisk walking for 10 Minutes.

Breakfast: A bowl of Oatmeal (Without Sugar) + 1 Citrus Fruit (Orange or Lime)

Lunch: A cup of Hot Green Tea with Lemon + Low Fat Yogurt (without sugar or anything)

Snacks: 4 Almonds + A Glass of Fresh Squeezed Lime or orange without sugar.

Dinner: A bowl of Oatmeal (Without Sugar)

Do some brisk walking for 10 minutes.

Before Sleep: A cup of Hot Green Tea with Lemon

Water: You have to Drink 12 Glasses of water for the entire day! Start with Morning, 1 Glass in the morning. 2 Glasses between breakfast and lunch. 1 Glass after lunch. 2 More glasses between Lunch and evening Snack. 2 Glasses after every brisk walk and 2 Glasses after Dinner.

You will not eat or drink anything except the above for 15 days! No Alcohol, No Cigarette, No added Sugar, No added Salt, nothing except what is written in the diet plan! It’s tough but it is going to be worth it! Trust me!

How does this Diet Help to reverse Type-2 Diabetes?
