1. Garlic

Consuming raw garlic may cause bad breath and body odor.

  • Add 10 drops of garlic juice in a glass of hot milk. Drink it before you sleep. Do not drink water after this.
  • Boil 10 cloves of garlic in 1 cup of milk. Drink this daily for a few months.
  • Blend half teaspoon of chopped garlic in one cup of milk and four cups of water. Boil until ¼ of it remains of the total volume. Consume this concoction thrice daily.
  • Mix two teaspoon of crushed walnut powder in one teaspoon of garlic paste. Now, add one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee) to it. Mix these 3 ingredients properly and have this once in a day. Walnuts also function to enhance the immune system.

2. Bananas

  • Or, else take a mashed banana, and add one cup coconut water, ½ cup yogurt, and 1 tablespoon honey to it. Blend them well and eat it twice a day.

Boil the pulp of 2 custard apples and 25 seedless raisins in 1½ cups of water until 1/3rd of the water is left. Strain it and add two teaspoons of powdered sugar and ¼ teaspoon each of cinnamon and cardamom to it. After it cools down, drink it twice a day.
