1. Exercise

3. Have breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meals of the day. If you think skipping breakfast will help you to cut calories, then it is not at all a great option. Start your day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Include a bowl of oatmeal or whole grains cereal with a topping of fruits like apples or low-fat dairy. Avoid heavy and oily foods for breakfast.

4. Take lean proteins

Including lean proteins in your diet, keeps you away from overeating by keeping you full for longer. You can try lean beef, eggs and fish like salmon. For vegetarians, soy products like tofu, low-fat yogurt, nuts, and beans are a great source of lean proteins. 5. Avoid late night snacks
